As an Executive Coach for 18 years, Barbara has worked with hundreds of leaders, the majority of whom occupy positions in the C-suite. Her clients include such companies as YUM, Unilever, Mondelez & Wells Fargo. She works with financial services, healthcare, law, manufacturing , food service and media clients.
With a focus of leadership development, Barbara coaches senior executives in the areas of strategic thinking, employee engagement, innovation, communication & organizational change. Her clients report being more agile, focused, open minded and confident. They see their company grow, be more profitable, develop a culture of innovation & have better relationships with stakeholders.
Barbara’s background as a senior leader in multiple organizations has uniquely positioned her to understand what life is like in the leadership trenches. Because she has lived many of the challenges leaders face (declining market share, dwindling revenue, changes in the external environment), she has an appreciation for what clients experience.
Starting out in the healthcare industry, Barbara has worked in a variety of leadership roles, most recently as vice-president for a medical malpractice company. She has lived and worked overseas as a senior level director in a healthcare organization.
Barbara has Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in Science. She is certified by the Coaches Training Institute, and has completed the Organizational & Relationship Systems Coaching program, as well as CTI’s Leadership Program.
