As we meet with prospective clients, inevitably the question is asked “What is The Third Zone?”
The answer I give is … It’s the area we create in an organization that bridges the gap between the dream of desired achievement and the reality of performance. Instantaneously and without fail, business leaders heads heads nod in agreement and understanding. They get it.
Although the description of The Third Zone resonates with so many prospective and actual clients, it first resonates with me on a personal level … as well as all of the esteemed coaches who have been selected and who have chosen to be a part of our organization. Why? Because, as all of us have a composite of over 100 years of living in the business world in leadership capacities, we are all too aware of the existence of such a gap and the on-going need and struggle to bridge it.
