So here’s our plan to serve you.  We’ve created a number of stand-alone Coach Based, one or two-day training modules that will help you and your organization to overcome the barriers to success that currently stand in your way.  You pick the module(s) that is the most meaningful to your situation and we will come to your location to facilitate the learning with your group.

Change Management

  • Helping the company’s leaders navigate the turbulent waters involved in change.  Whether it’s a change of product to adjust to customer needs… or changing the way corporate leadership approaches your business … or the change required to accept the realities of your business as it is now. 
  • The Change Management module will provide your team with tools and a methodology to move forward effectively.

Conflict Management and Resolution

  • The Conflict Management and Resolution module trains you to propel the team forward thus returning to the strengths which built organizational success.
  • In this module you and your team will learn to …
    • Identify the issues that exist within the leadership team that are causing the existing conflicts
    • Learning to identify the opportunities that conflict presents for expanding awareness and understanding
    • Explore the tools you have at your disposal to confront and rectify the existing conflict

Moving Beyond Paralysis

  • Today’s business environment may very well be a unique experience for corporate leaders.  Or perhaps what makes today unique is the extent to which it has impacted the overall economy.  Regardless of the point of view, many leaders have been thrust into making decisions without the commensurate experience in dealing with this climate of uncertainty.  In addition, this uncertainty is likely to affect one’s sense of security for their families and life-style.

  • The Revamping the Game training module will provide the processes and related tools that will enable participants to create a new paradigm, one which will require the use of new perspectives applied to familiar problems.  When applied to today’s economic and business challenges, the organization will be better prepared to attack the market place with greater confidence, strength and veracity.
