COACHING SOLUTIONS:Beyond Ordinary Leadership Development is a comprehensive multi-faceted, cutting-edge leadership development program. It is applied within an organization and combines work with teams/groups and individuals. Where there is a team involved, each member ultimately makes commitments to it. This is a great starting point however, the achievement and sustainability of the commitment rests in each individual feeling the responsibility for their part of the equation and working to make it real. 5. - enhanced Leadership Effectiveness Assisted Development
When a person advances to a position of senior leadership and the related responsibilities it often means that they have moved up the leadership ladder doing their jobs to the best of their imagination and ability however, without the advantage of any focused training on very basic and effective leadership skills. At high levels within the organization, the reduced effectiveness has a potential large cost associated with it. The Third Zone is often hired to work with such leaders and we find that our coaching time is initially spent on working with the basics.
As a result of our experiences, we have created eLEAD as a solution for entry-level and mid-level leader/managers.
Virtual Coaching Description
Online access to a certified professional business leadership coach. Through combining technology with real time expertise, high value coaching is available to the newer manager/leader at an appropriate expense.
On a specific day of the week, the client logs onto The Third Zone Virtual Coach Website and provides focus information for the coaching. The Virtual Coach responds with coaching questions to deepen the learning and awareness of the client. Links to our leadership coaching library are included for educational purposes. This helps build the foundation of concepts and skills the new leader will be using on a daily basis.
The client responds with new insights. Upon reviewing the client responses, the coach provides a web video with homework for the client to apply between sessions.
