Ellen credits much of her success to her background in education and several entrepreneurial ventures. Much of Ellen's knowledge and understanding of the inner-workings of organizational structures comes from over eighteen years working with human resources, sales environments and marketing through the Promotional Products Industry.  Her success is accentuated by being awarded Sales Person of the Year for a record breaking seven years.

Ellen is a Certified Professional Coach and an Organizational and Relationship Systems Coach. She holds a Masters degree in Education, as well as, professional coaching certifications from both the International Coach Federation and The Coaches Training Institude.
