With over 25 years experience in both corporate management and non-profit management, Rick has held positions in corporate finance, strategic planning, operations, sales, product development and product management. Possessing broad-based industry experience, Rick has held executive and senior management positions in telecommunications, advertising, financial services, retail, travel and tourism.

Rick coaches executives, business leaders, groups and teams, with a dedication to helping people and organizations discover possibilities and opportunities that enable them to maximize their potential. His area of specialty is coaching relationships involving business partners, individuals and organizations.

Rick is certified through Coaches Training Institute, and holds the designation of Certified Professional Co-Active Coach. He is also a member of the International Coach Federation.

Rick earned both graduate and undergraduate degrees from the Mendoza School of Business at the University of Notre Dame. He holds an undergraduate degree in marketing and an MBA with concentration in finance.

Active in the community, he has coached CYO and AAU basketball teams and little league baseball teams and is a past President of the Notre Dame Alumni Club of Indianapolis. He is also one of the developers and leaders of Michael's Gate - a leadership camp for boys and girls based in Denver, CO.
