Phase 3 – Investigate, Evaluate and Get An Implant Already!

My experience:

A big part of my ‘getting real’ was being willing to investigate options that, until recently, were almost unimaginable to me.  Hearing aids had served me very well and in no way had my dependency on them hindered my ability to be successful.  Knowing I couldn’t continue to ‘fake it’ and realizing that my hearing of ‘yesterday’ was never to return, I moved into high gear.
